Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana in chunks
- 1 (25 g) scoop of your favorite protein shake (vanilla or chocolate or unflavored)
- Between 16 or 32 oz of your favorite milk or water
- 1 scoop of MushBoom and you can add 2 heaping scoops of AdaptoShroom if you like
Instructions:
- Add all the ingredients into your blender
- Blend until smooth
- You can add a few fresh banana slices on top (optional) and serve on a glass or eat directly in the same container
